Costing Manager

1. Act as factory business partner to control production costs.
2. Provide costing insight to maximize gross profit
3. Be a part of system and process to enhance automation reporting
4. Closely monitoring actual cost vs standard costing
5. Prepare budget, forecast costing for plant.
6. Support costing need for ongoing and new project.
7. Actively participate and mange costing effective, labor efficiency
8. Analysis PPV and provide with recommendations to improve it

Working conditions:

Workplace: 08 Phan Dinh Giot, Ward 2, Tan Binh dist., HCMC.

Working hour: 08:30 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday)

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience working in cost control.
• Have a good skill in Microsoft offices, Outlook, ERP system.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills.
• Able to generate budgets and reports.
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
