Job requirement

We are looking for 2 Cost Engineer (1 Senior & 1 Junior) for our Infrastructure projects. The Cost Engineer is accountable to:

  • Ensure that JGC's historical data and other records necessary for estimating/cost control are maintained and improved.
  • Ensure that Cost Engineering provides all necessary support to JGC Sales in the period following Divisional Management Cost Approval of estimates.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations to the Management and Project Teams regarding cost control/forecast and essential resource requirements, and provide assistance in the operation of annual business plans and budgets.
  • Ensure that JGC's documented estimating and cost control systems and procedures are continuously improved whilst continuing to satisfy the requirements of quality accreditation and periodic audit.
  • Actively promote to Clients JGC's cost engineering capabilities and procedures
