- Approach to market and target customers to establish relationships to attract and develop the portfolio for Institutional Business by marketing activities and promotion campaigns
- Attract customers to open CIF / open payroll account and cross-selling other products at Shinhan Bank
- Fast decision making to find out banking opportunities for our business and Shinhan Bank
- Understanding the customers’ requirements with good sense of credit assessment and industry trend.
- Coordinating with other internal departments to ensure smooth & timely execution of transactions and speedy response to customers’ needs.
- Coordinating with branch to cross-sell other products and services to increase revenue for bank.
- Providing timely advices/ support to customers on all designed segment and the Bank matters.
- Prepare daily/weekly report to maintain relationship with customers or ad-hoc report required by high level.
- Ensure that banking facilities offered to clients are structured in compliance with credit lending policies.
- Dual marketing with branches ( support meeting, presentation to introduce IMC products )
- Assisting Manager/ Director with ad hoc tasks as requested
- Join and being responsible for all the bank’s extra activities
