Job requirement

1. Strategic and tactical:

  • Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy
  • Plan social media content plan and campaigns across social media platforms
  • Preparing and monitoring the budget for IC and social media
  • Develop internal communication processes and procedures
  • Developing and managing company-owned channels
  • Deliver enhancement upon current and develop new touchpoints/channels/platforms for internal stakeholders
  • Set up the benchmark-based metrics to measure execution effectiveness
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and application, assess opportunities to improve engagement and maximize company exposure
  • Be the point of contact for expert advice and support on IC
  • Be a social media technical subject matter expert for leading platforms

2. Corporate communication:

  • Preparing internal communication materials/contents
  • Maintain regular communication to key stakeholders across all channels
  • Create qualified content and maintain a regular update on digital channels
  • Developing advocacy programs

3. Event planning and execution:

  • Organize events for key stakeholders (town hall, engagement events…)
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to ensure the success of each event
  • Manage communication activities for the events

4. Risk management:

  • Support in risk assessments and crisis management plans
  • Deliver prompt and efficiency communications to internal stakeholders in crisis
  • Work with relevant departments and Social Listening Agency to control information and combat the crises

5. Reporting and others:

  • Prepare regular reports on Corp Com activities
  • Analyze results of social campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity
  • Other communication tasks as assigned by Corp Com Manager

Job requirement

  • Bachelor Degree; education from a foreign, internationally-recognized school is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Communications (length of professional experience can be exceptionally substituted with an outstanding talent)
  • Proven good interpersonal communications and listening skills; good leadership skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (a recognized certification is an advantage) on top of an excellent command of Vietnamese
  • Independent thinking, agile & innovative approach to problem-solving
  • Most matured personality able to develop and maintain informal networking
  • Solid knowledge of social media and digital (blogs, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of blogging and able to write content specific material
  • Know all basic computer programs and have extensive internet knowledge
