Contract Processing Deputy Manager

1. Control credit records prior to disbursement in accordance with MAFC procedures.

2. Participate in developing, guiding and improving the process and regulations of disbursement.

3. Monitor daily operations and productivity of Contract processing team to ensure loan application are processed correctly with the company’s regulations.

4. Provide professional guidance and training to new employees.

1. Kiểm soát các hồ sơ tín dụng trước giải ngân theo quy trình, quy định của MAFC.

2. Tham gia xây dựng, hướng dẫn và cải tiến quy trình, quy định về kiểm soát giải ngân tín dụng.

3. Giám sát hoạt động và năng suất hàng ngày của nhóm Xử lý hợp đồng để đảm bảo hồ sơ vay được xử lý đúng theo quy trình của công ty

4. Hướng dẫn và đào tạo nghiệp vụ cho nhân viên mới.
