Experience:
• Provide legal services to the Company
• Prepare, review, and advise on contracts and other legal matters, as required
• Maintain compliance with laws, internal regulations and policies
• Monitor and keep abreast of any changes in the law and advise Management on the impact of such changes on the business and operations, recommend strategies and solutions or compliance when necessary.
• Possess a lawyer qualification
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience at law firms in Vietnam
• Experience in corporate legal (regulation, compliance, contract review, etc). Experience in Construction/Real Estate/Property law is a bonus.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Liaise with lawyers of various nationalities.
