The CI Assistant Manager leads initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across the organization. Using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, this role drives cross-functional projects, supports a culture of continuous improvement, and manages the 6S and Idea Network teams to promote workplace organization and employee innovation.
Continuous Improvement & Strategy:
Lead CI projects aligned with business goals using Lean and Six Sigma methods.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Partner with leaders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Team Leadership: 6S & Idea Network:
Manage 6S and Idea Network teams; oversee audits, training, and standard compliance.
Facilitate idea submission, evaluation, and recognition processes.
Track performance metrics and ensure team engagement.
Process Improvement:
Conduct process reviews and root cause analysis.
Implement and sustain improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Standardize best practices and monitor project impact.
Performance Reporting:
Maintain CI dashboards and KPIs.
Provide insights and updates to leadership for data-driven decisions.
Training & Engagement:
Deliver training on CI tools and practices.
Support employee involvement and recognize contributions to improvement efforts.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and change management principles.
Familiarity with DMAIC methodology and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Experience with AutoCAD for layout design is a plus.

Excellent communication and facilitation abilities across all organizational levels.
Proficient in problem-solving and root cause analysis using Lean tools.
Solid organizational and project management skills.
High attention to detail and systems-thinking mindset.
