Experience:
- Research and analyse the market, customer information; update new content trends; propose and implement content adjustments suitable for the brand.
- Plan and implement annual content according to brand orientation. Responsible for the quality of content for each project
Manage, train and support Content team employees with Brand PM Establish a more efficient workflow to comply with all timelines and deadlines set with Brand PM
- Work with Brand PM to allocate and manage manpower to complete the project assigned to the Content team according to the timeline and deadline.
- Work with Design team to monitor the quality of all designs used in advertising and communications
- Selection of Agencies and investigation, selection and management of new Agencies
- Responsible for the production, set the audit process, check the cost effectiveness, and reflect it in the next production
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports as required
- Adapt to other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in content creation and content strategy, preferably in the field of consumer products or home appliances (experience in the water filtration industry is a strong plus).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing content teams, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and guide team members to achieve content goals.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of planning, executing, and overseeing content-related projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; capable of working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all content initiatives.
- Solid understanding of content marketing, SEO principles, and digital content trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, editorial judgment, and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across various platforms.
