Get to know the Role:

The Grab feed sits on one of the most valuable digital properties in Southeast Asia, the Grab home screen. We’re building a fully-stacked product, engineering and content team that will focus on opportunities for the Grab feed. As a Content Strategist, your job is to become the content owner of your country’s feed, sourcing and creating fresh and relevant content that will be seen by millions of Grab consumers daily.

The ideal candidate will possess insightful understanding of user behaviour and trends in their local market, as well as demonstrate strong writing skills to produce and edit copy.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Understand the daily lives of Grab customers through analytics and research to be able to develop actionable feed content strategy

  • Curate and create compelling content for the feed in both English and the local language. Content can come in multiple forms - polls, quizzes, articles, reviews - and should be highly engaging, while also driving the use of Grab’s services.

  • Collaborate across different disciplines such as business development, product engineering, product analytics, etc., including remote and diverse team members to ensure a healthy pipeline of fresh and relevant content


The must haves:

  • Familiarity with content management systems, RSS feeds and APIs

  • Experience with copywriting and storytelling

  • Design sensibility to envision how content will be presented or distributed in creative formats within an app feed
