Grab’s lending business (GFSA – Grab Financial Services Asia) is a recent addition to Grab’s array of product and service offerings focused on extension of Micro credit to drivers, agents and merchants in Grab’s ecosystem. GFSA team is a combination of strong talent pool in its Regional Hub (Singapore) and deep local market operators across its focus markets. We are incredibly excited about the opportunity ahead of us. We are looking to put together the best possible combination of business build drive, industry expertise and local market depth as part of our team. GFSA team is responsible for end to end conceptualisation, design, development, execution and ongoing management of all
lending activities in its focus markets and segments.
Get to know the Role:
As “Consumer Program Manager”, you will own and lead some key lending projects for Grab Financials in Singapore. You will be owning the targets of Consumer Lending Business across multiple target segments and also key external partnerships. This role is part of our regional team chartered to identify areas for improvement in processes, launch pilots to test jointly with various cross-functional departments and to create automation opportunities to improve efficiencies, where relevant.

The must haves:
5-10 years of experience; Prior experience in financial services or banking will be an added advantage
Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven
Competent in engaging and managing internal / external stakeholders
Strong business acumen to cover across a wide range of projects across functions (Business Development Strategy, Marketing, Operations)
Highly comfortable in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently
A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo.Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong passion in promoting financial inclusion and empowering micro-entrepreneurs in Southeast Asia
A degree with good honours from a top tier university
