Experience:
Collect and analyze market and consumer data (trends, behaviors, competitors) to generate insights and identify opportunities for product development.
Lead the development of Product Briefs/PRDs for each project: define USP, target consumers, price–pack–promo strategy, COGS objectives, and timelines.
Collaborate with R&D to develop product samples, refine formulations, and coordinate concept/packaging/usage tests to validate product direction.
Work with QA and Legal to ensure labeling, claims, and product standards comply with regulations.
Plan and coordinate pilot production with factories; oversee the process from pilot → SOP → commercialization.
Hand over product information (USP, usage guidelines, technical details) to Marketing/Sales for go-to-market execution.
Track post-launch performance (ratings, feedback, improvements) and recommend next-stage developments.
Report project progress, risks, and cost overview to the Marketing Director.
Coordinate with research agencies and validate research reports and data quality.
Support R&D with BOM/COGS optimization and alternative raw materials.
Participate in S&OP meetings during launch phases to align production and material planning.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Director.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
Knowledge of Food Technology, Cosmetics, or Packaging is an advantage.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in FMCG Marketing, Consumer Insights, or Brand Management.
Professional Skills
Research & insights: design/coordinate U&A, concept/pack tests, social listening.
Product development: drafting Product Briefs/PRDs, defining USP, price–pack–promo, and COGS targets.
Data analysis & storytelling: proficiency in Excel (pivot, vlookup) and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Project management: experience with stage-gate process and cross-functional collaboration (Marketing–Sales–R&D–QA/Reg–Finance–Factory).
Presentation & persuasion: ability to turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Competencies
Strong understanding of FMCG market and structured thinking with prioritization skills.
Discipline and compliance with labeling/claim regulations.
Ability to influence without authority and work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Languages
English: able to read research/benchmark reports and communicate with vendors (TOEIC ≥650 or IELTS ≥5.5).
