Get to know the Role:

This role serves as a key member of the GFG Payments (Moca) Leadership team and leads the drive to grow consumer adoption of Moca cashless payment services. The Consumer Head brings creativity and deep expertise in developing consumer insights to craft strategy, tactics, plans and lead their execution to relentlessly grow consumer adoption.

Key activities:

• Lead the development of strategy & plans, in close collaboration with Strategy, Demand Planning and Marketing, to grow consumer adoption of Moca cashless payments 

• Lead and manage the execution of plans, programs to drive cashless adoption & transactions in the Grab ecosystem and beyond

• Collaborate to design, develop and roll out payment products and features best for adoption by VN consumers

• Work with Planning and internal stakeholders to build and manage the overall P&L of consumer payments business, to grow revenue and adoption at high level of efficiency

Key deliverables:

• Grow payment revenue

• Grow active payment users and transactions

• Deliver against payment transaction efficiency KPIs

• Grow and maintain high NPS amongst payment consumers

The must haves:

• Strong mass consumers growth mindset

• Creativity, expertise in developing and leveraging consumer insights for growth

• Experience in & deep appreciation for business efficiency

• Strong leadership, communications and teamwork skills

• Prior work experience in fintech or retail is preferred
