Mô tả công việc

• Prepare, review and monitor monthly payroll for locals and expats. Ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time and compliant with the Firm policy and the local legislations.• Follow up the payroll payment process with Finance and the authorized banks in the timely manner.• Produce and provide monthly payslip to all staff.• Responsible for responding to staff inquiries related to payroll matters.• Monitor HR payroll system and liaise with the payroll system provider when needed to ensure smooth operations.• Understand and provide the explanation of the C&B policies, benefits schemes and processes;• Monitor the Firm liabilities on statutory insurances. Provide consultancy on employee’s concern about the practice of SI/HI/UI, where required.• Control implementation of benefits for expatriates in line with the law, labor contracts, the Firm policies and HR procedures.• Monitor to ensure proper implementation and filing of personal income tax (PIT) in compliant to the local legislation on tax for all employees. Process relevant documentations for PIT monthly declaration and annual tax finalization. Solve related issues and participate in other tasks regarding PIT.• Computerize last payment for leaving staff• Coordinate with Finance Department to proceed salary, statutory insurances, tax and other C&B related payments and in reconciliation.• Monitor and maintain sufficient C&B records in hard copies• Execute the relevant C&B reports in line with internal reports system and requirements from relevant authorities.• Performs other duties when assigned by Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business administration or equivalent• At least 8 years’ experience in HR C&B practices, compensation cycle management and labor market surveys.• Good/updated knowledge in Labor law, Social Insurance and Personal Income Tax.• Experience working with HR management/payroll system• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; especially expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.• Consistently deliver work of a high standard of quality, precision and according to standards, procedures, rules, regulations and expectations.• Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)• Ability to exercise independent judgment .Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with appropriate discretion.• Pleasant, honest, hardworking and flexible personality, team player
