Experience:
1. Payroll Management
Prepare and process monthly payroll with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure correct calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
Coordinate with Finance for monthly reconciliation and reporting.
2. Social Insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN)
Manage employee registration, adjustments, and claims related to social/health/unemployment insurance.
Work with social insurance authorities on required reports and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and timely submission of all reports.
3. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Handle monthly PIT calculation, declaration, and payment.
Support employees with PIT queries, annual finalization, and tax reports.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accurate record-keeping.
4. ERP System & Process Improvement
Operate and maintain ERP HR module (ERP experience is mandatory).
Collaborate with IT/consultants to implement, enhance, and optimize HR system functions.
Standardize and improve payroll, timekeeping, leave, and benefits processes.
5. Compensation & Benefits Policy
Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking exercises.
Support design and execution of competitive and fair C&B policies.
Provide HR analytics (headcount, labor cost, turnover) for management decisions.
6. Employee Support & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries on salary, tax, and insurance.
Support internal engagement activities and HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in C&B, Payroll, or HR Operations.
ERP experience is required (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Workday, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN), and PIT regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with HR reporting/analytics is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and improvement-minded.
Communication skills in Vietnamese; English reading/writing ability preferred.
