The Job

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Community & Operations Executive. This role combines customer support, user engagement, and social media coordination to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support (20%)

    • Provide timely and helpful support to users via in-app channels.

    • Resolve inquiries, collect feedback, and escalate technical issues when needed.

  • User Operations (40%)

    • Segment users and send targeted messages to improve engagement.

    • Conduct ongoing outreach to collect feedback and enhance user satisfaction.

    • Support community management and build relationships with users.

  • Social Media & KOL Coordination (40%)

    • Manage and maintain social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, ...).

    • Keep accounts active with regular content posting and publishing KOL/influencer videos according to the content plan.

    • Identify, reach out to, negotiate with, and manage KOLs/influencers (e.g., tarot readers, psychics, astrologers).

    • Coordinate video shoots, handle logistics, and ensure smooth collaboration with partners.

Job requirement

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, user operations, or social media management (plus but not required)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with social media channels

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Good command of English (IELTS 5.5+ or equivalent).

  • Interest in Tarot, Astrology, or Spiritual services is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Full salary probation, Full SMUI, another allowance 

  • Working Location: Cobi Tower II, No. 2-4, Street No. 8, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

  • Working hour: From Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
