Get to know the Role:

  • Responsible for creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide the company's presence to our Grabbike through online and offline channels

  • Integrating our messaging into the community in a compelling and valuable way for the drivers

  • Managing incoming media requests, working closely with other teams to ensure the events reach to customer at least one week in advance.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate lots of initiatives and new ideas, storytelling for social content to increase engagement and loyalty of drivers

  • Monitor social content and driver interaction via o strategically online properties to drive communications in control

  • Be able to working with the community platform vendor to address, resolve and communicate any issues related to the company's image, ensure the best social customer response practices.

  • Post content, ensure timely response, and make sure brand voice is carried out across all social media in defined topics.


The day-to-day activities:

Building and maintaining a solid Grabbike community:

  • Managing channels for each community , including Hội Phụ Nữ (Women’s Union), Sinh viên , Grabbike Premium, Grab Express, etc. and create passion and grow the community on and off the website.

    Establish online competitions to increase engagement

  • Participating in community groups to understand Grabber feedback insights gained from online to offline conversations

  • Be able to catch up with the trend , developing and implementing tactical plans to stand stably at high position in transporting market

The must haves:

  • Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills with a passion for social media and connecting people

  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels

  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in potential crisis situations

  • Priority for those people who have a wide relationship with networking clients.
