Brand & Communications Manager

As a Communications Manager at GreenFeed, you will have full responsibility for your brand including the business results. You will have to engage with multi-disciplinary teams with people from Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agencies to develop top strategies for your brand's success. You will lead a mix of research, brand management and communications projects to build Corporate Brand, Feed/Farm/Food enabling you to show the breadth and depth of your leadership. We are looking for people aren't afraid to take smart risks and innovate.

You will lead a brand's strategic choices and vision, corporate brand innovations and innovative communications for Corporate, Feed/Farm/Food brands as well as marketing elements across all media, while collaborating with multi-functional teams and agency partners.

You will be given immediate responsibility and be expected to build your part of the business as if it were your own. You will be responsible for developing a marketing plan to identify specific marketing tactics. You will use your plan to build on key stakeholders, consumer, and customers insights to deliver overall business objectives and strategies.

Within the Brand & Communications function at GreenFeed you will:

  • Interact with other brand teams an operations team for a specific Brand or a Category
  • Lead a communications team, with responsibilities for many categories on a specific marketing touch point (PR, Social, Digital, In-store, Media etc.)
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to do research, build relationships and build brand among targeted audiences for Coporate, Feed/Farm/Food businesses

  • Top talents in Marketing & Communications coupled with Brand Management interest/passion
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities
  • Work experience in research, analysis, brand buidling and Communications
  • Leadership capabilities, collaboration skills, creativity and strategic analysis
  • Excellent command of the English and Vietnamese languages and communications skills (written & verbal communications, capabilities in articulating messages)
