Summary:
•    Build up and enhance all channels/events/initiatives relating to internal communication: Communication program and message, communication channels, internal events plan and organization.

Responsibility:
•    Build up a master plan by conducting annual needs analysis to review communication channels and determine new channels required to deliver to business objectives
•    Ensure internal communication messages are aligned to create the future
•    Ensure optimal leverage of existing channels and developing new channels
•    Internal Communication plans support the needs of the business
•    Ensure corporate message are conveyed and updated appropriately, regularly and consistently                 
•    Provide prompt support on message from CEO office to employee                   
•    Play the role of the official and mass channel to update corporate message to internal staff
•    Adjust and develop all available channels of internal communication; standardize internal communication channels nationwide
•    Design the layout and structure of intranet; responsible for all the information and corporate message on intranet
•    Responsible for the creation and structure of new sites within company guidelines
•    Manage permissions within company mandate
•    Increase site awareness & communication                 
•    Support site design and site creation       
•    Establish other new internal communication channels aiming to sales force        
•    Execute internal events monthly/quarterly/annually within budget and according to specific requirements on cost, quality and time.
•    Improve the standard, scope and impact of internal event to business

•    Bachelor Degree in Communication Science is preferred, or Bachelor Degree in Social Science
•    At least 5 years experience in Internal Communication covering internal communication strategy; internal cross cultural experience; editorial work; change management and events management.
•    Strong business acumen to analyze situations, generate and implement solutions, make decisions
•    Strong project management skills
•    Strong Organisational Process / Systems Awareness & Integration
•    Good at written communication, Networking, Influencing and Communication Skills
•    Cross Cultural Awareness
•    High drive/self motivation
•    Initiative, Innovative
•    Stress Tolerance

•    Male is preferred
