Mô tả công việc

  • Assist and support the Sous Chef in the preparation of different foods.

  • Ensure that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis.

  • Must read and execute daily prep lists.

  • Communicate well with the team and supervision to ensure everyone is informed properly.

  • Maintain quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standards.

  • Assist other junior kitchen staff in ensuring that the kitchen is clean at all times.

  • Assist junior staff in daily mice en place, hygiene and sanitations standard. Must ensure is compliance with the sections standard.

  • Keep supervision on junior staff on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results.

  • Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.

  • Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.
