Commercial Operations Associate

This team put themselves in our partner shoes so they can come up with the best retention initiatives we can provide to our partners
• They are hardcore data folks and has good experience with operations and interest in market insights.

Get to know the Role:

• Will co-own the overall supply operations of GrabCar - allocating, incentivizing, and optimizing the whole GrabCar Driver pool.
• Will require the individual to do analytical and have intuitive skills as the role directly impacts business growth by transferring data into winning real world strategies.

The day-to-day activities:

• Translate numbers and insights into company-wide action.
• Must be adept at influencing that action by working with different heads effectively.

The must haves:

• Preferably one year of experience in business development, strategy, or operations management
• Preferable one year of experience in project management
• Must be good in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
