The day-to-day activities
Initiate, oversee and execute partnership projects for GrabExpress (Grab’s on-demand last-mile delivery) & GrabMart (Grab’s daily essentials delivery) businesses
Strategy & Commercial
Lead commercial negotiation with strategic partners to secure sustainable agreement for GrabExpress/GrabMart businesses, driving both top-line growth and bottom-line profits
Develop joint business plans that ensure long-term investment from our partners
Continuously identify untapped partner segments that will help build sizable top-line growth for the business & build a last-mile playbook on different operating models that address the needs of such segments
Partner Relationship Management
Manage relationship with top to middle management of our partners to ensure business continuity and support for Grab projects
Able to handle partners & manage expectations in times of crisis and issues
Partner Operations
Collaborate with various internal teams & project manage different workstreams/initiatives to result in high-quality project delivery in committed time frame
Work closely with Operations team to design solutions and execute partner operations as well as solve urgent matters and issues that come up on a daily basis
The must-haves
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business, management or marketing)
Minimum 3 years of work experience in relevant fields. Background in E-commerce, FMCG or Consulting is preferred
Experience in structuring commercial terms, securing deals and collaboration campaign
Strong analytical and planning skills
Ability to work independently in a constrained & fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, teamwork and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Thai
Microsoft Office skills are required (Excel & Powerpoint)
