About the RoleDiag Medical seeks a data-driven Commercial CRM & Data Specialist to optimize our commercial operations through CRM excellence and advanced analytics. You will ensure CRM integrity, generate actionable insights, and empower our sales teams to drive strategic growth in Vietnam’s dynamic diagnostics market.
Key Responsibilities:1/ CRM Management & Data Governance (50%)- Oversee end-to-end CRM implementation, maintenance, and data hygiene.- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the CRM system.- Identify adoption gaps and develop strategies to maximize CRM utilization across sales teams.- Train and support commercial teams on CRM best practices, troubleshooting, and reporting.
2/ Data Analytics & Insights (30%)- Analyze commercial data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.- Calculate sales incentives accurately and monitor KPIs (call frequency, territory coverage, conversion rates).- Lead customer segmentation, targeting, and territory design initiatives.- Key PIC working with Power BI Department to develop automated dashboards and periodic reports for senior leadership.
3/ SFE Project (20%)- Manage Selling Expense Policy & Lead deployment/operations to sales team (Sales travel policy, gifts, entertainment)- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT & CRM Project team to align CRM initiatives with business goals
