Develop a flexible debt recovery strategy tailored to each segment or group of customers to enhance the effectiveness of debt recovery.
Take primary responsibility for building, amending, and applying debt recovery policies.
Serve as the main contact point for working with relevant authorities regarding debt management reports.
Coordinate with the Debt Recovery Center to establish targets, business reward structures, and allocate and control debt recovery costs.
Direct the implementation of in-depth, multi-dimensional analyses, develop the debt recovery strategy system, and monitor the execution of the debt recovery strategy to improve recovery effectiveness.
Construct the organizational model and functional tasks of the Department based on the job description according to the assigned functions and tasks.
Plan and organize the professional tasks of the Department in line with assigned functions and responsibilities.
Organize, manage, operate, assign work, and allocate resources effectively among personnel in the Department. Collaborate with leaders of related Departments/Divisions/Centers to execute the tasks and functions of the Department and Center.
Take overall responsibility for managing, supervising, training, and recruiting staff in the Debt Recovery Strategy Department.
Periodically organize reviews of work performance, assess the effort levels of each employee to propose policies regarding their salaries, bonuses, rewards, and disciplinary actions.
