Get to Know the Role:Responsible to ensure all driver’s meet minimum criteria for Fares performance, ensure drivers comply with the code of conduct and do not do Fraud.
Day to day responsibilities:- Responsible to ensure all driver’s meet minimum criteria for Fares performance, ensure drivers comply with the code of conduct and not do Fraud.
- Monitoring Fraud & Code of conduct mechanism
- Ensure all drivers get clear explanation about code of conduct
- Conduct coaching & motivate for bad drivers
- Provide analysis to find root cause for bad driver
- Do repossession unit for problematic driver coordination with Field Collection
The must haves:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Automotive industry (Car Rental, Taxi), Financial Banking Industry, or Quality Assurance
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office
- Good attention to details
- Proactive, good team player and can work in fast paced working environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
