Get to know the Role:
The Function is to monitor performance driver based on their trip history and analyse when driver is indicated to fraudulent activity, educate them based on code of conduct. Also, give recommendation in repossession for a captain who has been proven fraudulent to deduction team.
The day-to-day activities:
- Monitoring & analyse the booking trip which indicated fraud trip
- Call & Re-education fraudulent captains
- Reducing the number of fraud trip
- Recommendation repossession for fraudulent captain and already re-education before
The must haves:
- 3+ years related working experience in Finance company
- Experience in the collection or credit
- Experience in the managing people
- Creative and willingness to make improvement
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change
- Strong customer focus & attention to detail
- Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
- BA required, MBA or MS Degree or equivalent experience desired
- Excellent Collection skill
- Excellent communication skill
- Proficient in Ms. Office, advance in Ms. Excel
