Job requirement


The Client Services Manager is self-motivated, dependable, well-organized, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, computer savvy, and detail oriented with strong written & verbal communications skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. A “can do” attitude is required and the individual must be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging, energetic environment.

v Provide Customer Service:

- Be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring staff does the same.

- Be responsible for creating policies and procedures the client services department adheres to, as well as providing appropriate training for employees.

- Dealing with unsatisfied customers and providing conflict resolution services.

v Hire, Train and Manage Staff

- Client Services Managers manage a staff of client service employees.

- Tasking with supervising employees and ensuring they are meeting the company’s expectations as well as assisting with other departments duties.

- Reviewing applications, conducting interviews, providing on the job training or mentoring to new employees ( if required).

- Conducting performance evaluations, handle disciplinary actions.

v Market and Sell Products and Services

- Promoting sales and assisting with marketing strategies.

- Developing strong relationships with clients to help promote sales of products or services.

- Client Services Managers will strive to increase profits and client retention by running the department efficiently and successfully.

- Be expected to assist with marketing department for materials or strategies to attract more clients.

Job requirement


-          High fluency in spoken and written English

-          Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques

-          Management or supervisor experience

-          Customer service experience, candidate has experience in skincare/ spa is prefered

-          Energy, Enthusiasm and moreover is “ can do ” attitude
