Job requirement

  • - Download data from the ICSM system, divide the orders that no one is in charge of for you to track.
  • - Update orders to be handled promptly to avoid being warned on the ICSM system
  • - ICSM system will warn those who need to update the distribution information for those in charge of updating orders in a timely manner.
  • - Receive cargo data (not manifest) from the origin & call customers to get email then send documents to them for getting confirmation about kind of import, goods name in Vietnamese, hs code, material, dimension...etc; then update information to agents.
  • - Receive manifest data, update shipment information (got from customer) and share/forward to agents for doing customs clearance.
  • - For unmanifest/MIC shipment : call customer to get needed information and inform to our agent for doing customs clearance as normal.
  • - Monitor and push agents speed up customs clearance, push origin provide information timely; also update check point daily.
  • - Revise documents for customer/agent as request, making debit note (for selft-clearance by customer).
  • - For DDP shipment, send mail & push origin speed up Hong chong process then inform to agents continue customs clearance under DDP.
  • - Coordinate and solve request for change delivery address, issue tax invoice , speep up delivery process...etc.
  • - Solve request for return/destroy goods from customer; request agents inform all taxes/fees for return/destroy goods then send mail to origin/receiver for confirmation; keep monitor and update check point till finished process.
  • - Consult and explain to customer any issue related to the customs procedure for import goods, co-ordinate with other departments to solve customer complaints.
  • - Handling exceptions cases with agent/customer
  • - Update check point & ICSM daily
  • - Receiving and explaining all customs clearance issues for internation colleague
  • - Directly contact shipper to ask the shipment information, when consignee doesn't cooperate provide it
  • - Check and solve the urgent shipment from international colleague on escalation email, fengsheng...
  • - Consult and give advice to SF China colleague about the import information
  • - Consult and give advice to customer about import procedure
  • - Pay attention to the responses of SF China for orders that need to be processed through the ICSM system
  • - Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
