About the role

As a City Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the operations team within your city. You will also set the strategy for the city and be responsible for P&L of your city.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage an operations team.

  • Set city strategy and be responsible for P&L.

  • Manage and coordinate all vendor activities related to warehousing, maintenance and deployment.

  • Represent Grab at community events.

  • Set KPIs and other incentives for your team.

  • Set high operational standards and improve efficiency.

  • Continuously analyze data and improve revenue for your Area.

  • Report on key metrics of the business to the country manager and senior management.

  • Work with other functions to drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in investment banking, logistics, engineering, marketing or operations management will be considered.

  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Entrepreneurial and MUST be willing to lead by example.

  • Able to work in a fast paced, start up environment.

  • At least 4-5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years leading a team.

  • Ability to read and write in English and Tagalog.
