About the role
As a City Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading the operations team within your city. You will also set the strategy for the city and be responsible for P&L of your city.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage an operations team.
Set city strategy and be responsible for P&L.
Manage and coordinate all vendor activities related to warehousing, maintenance and deployment.
Represent Grab at community events.
Set KPIs and other incentives for your team.
Set high operational standards and improve efficiency.
Continuously analyze data and improve revenue for your Area.
Report on key metrics of the business to the country manager and senior management.
Work with other functions to drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Prior experience in investment banking, logistics, engineering, marketing or operations management will be considered.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Detail-oriented.
Entrepreneurial and MUST be willing to lead by example.
Able to work in a fast paced, start up environment.
At least 4-5 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years leading a team.
Ability to read and write in English and Tagalog.
