City Operations Lead (Ex Jabo), Grab Express

GrabExpress is on-demand delivery service of Grab. The GE Ops team manages GrabExpress operations in Indonesia focusing on e-commerce parcel and document delivery. In a growing business like GrabExpress, each team member needs to be highly motivated, open minded and able to work as a solid team in a fast pace environment.


Get to know the Role:

Responsible for ensuring smooth GrabExpress operations in the city(-ies), maintaining a healthy balance between demand and supply with cost effective operations while improving operational management systems, processes and best practices


The must haves:

• Min. 3-5 years of work experience. Product management or Product Marketing management background from a reputable tech company is preferred.

• Excellent people skills and experience working with multiple teams at once.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, where fluency in local languages required in business communications is a must and regional language proficiency is a plus.

• Must have a can-do and optimistic attitude.
