Job requirement

  • Execute end-to-end mass recruitment plans for labor and production roles.
  • Source candidates through job platforms, social media, referrals, and field outreach.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local job centers, training institutions, and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs and hiring progress.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal hiring standards.

Job requirement

  • Fluent in Chinese
  • At least 3 years of experience in mass recruitment (blue-collar or general labor).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with job platforms and candidate databases is a plus.
  • Ready to start immediately or within a short notice period.
