Job requirement

- To be in charge for full cycle of recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing; candidate assessing…) for assigned vacancies;

- Work with hiring manager about department’s recruitment plan/head count plan before recruiting;

- Deploy on-boarding process and orientation training for new staffs;

- Administration tasks in Talent Acquisition;

- Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment report as requested;

- Other tasks assigned by head of Talent Acquisition Department/HR Division.

Job requirement

  • University (or above) graduation
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese communication
  • At least 3-5 years of experiences working in talent acquisition/ recruitment
  • Passionate working with people
  • Have good sourcing skills and recruitment techniques
