Perform recruitment process includes monitor the Manpower Requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record etc.
- Provide day to day local HR operations support including onboarding & offboarding.
- Assist in training process includes monitor the training requisition, source for training courses, update training records includes internal/external trainings and on-the-job trainings.
- Handle and manage government training grant applications. Assist in preparing for in-house training such as refreshments, setting up training venue, etc.
- Checking and updating daily attendance of employees
- Preparation of HR-related reports
- Ensure employee disciplinary matters are properly handled and record
- Handling full spectrum of oversea employee support including new application, renewal of work permit, per diem, temporary residence card, purchase of insurance, transportation and dormitory-related matters
- To support HR activities such as festive celebration, annual dinner, CSR, town hall meeting, etc.
- Handling hotel/transport booking for employees on business trip including air-ticket and visa
- Perform other related duties as required by the HR Manager
