Soạn thảo hồ sơ công bố, tiêu chuẩn các loại nhằm đảm bảo các nguyên vật liệu, phụ gia và thành phẩm được sử dụng và sản xuất đúng theo quy định, luật định /Prepare proclamation dossier, specifications in order to assure raw materials, additives and finished product are used and produced in compliance with regulations, standards

Soạn thảo tiêu chuẩn & hồ sơ công bố (HSCB) sản phẩm / nguyên vật liệu / phụ gia:/ Prepare proclamation of finished product / raw materials / additives:

+ Thu thập thông tin, tài liệu từ các bộ phận liên quan (RD, MKT, MPO,…)/ Collect data, information from cross functions (RD, MKT, MPO, etc)

+ Đánh giá việc tuân thủ sử dụng nguyên vật liệu, phụ gia/ Assess the compliance of raw materials, additives usage

+ Gửi mẫu kiểm nghiệm, nhận và lưu trữ kết quả kiểm nghiệm/ Send samples for agency testing, receive and store testing results

+ Kiểm tra và xác nhận mẫu nhãn /Check and confirm labels

Xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống kiểm soát tài liệu R&D (Sắp xếp và lưu trữ các HSCB sản phẩm / nguyên vật liệu / phụ gia, các kết quả kiểm định và tài liệu luật định, tiêu chuẩn,…) / Build and maintain the Document control system of R&D (Arrange and store proclamation of finished product / raw material / additive, testin results, legislation and standard documents)

Quản lý và đảm bảo việc cập nhật  tiêu chuẩn lên hệ thống ERP nhanh, chính xác.Kiểm tra và đảm bảo các thuộc tính của item (ERP master item) đúng theo quy định khi có yêu cầu tạo mới từ bộ phận R&D/ Manage the data Input  of specification quickly and precisely into the ERP system. Check and assure the attributes of Item (ERP master item) complied with regulations as creating the new item from R&D

Tìm kiếm các cơ sở khoa học cho các nội dung quảng cáo. Thu thập thông tin, phân tích rủi ro trong việc thiết lập tiêu chuẩn nguyên vật liệu, phụ gia sử dụng./ Find scientific evidence to support marketing claims. Collect data and assess the risk in establishing raw materials, additives specification.

Kết hợp cùng các bộ phận trong việc đánh giá về sử dụng và lưu kho nguyên vật liệu, phụ gia /  Cooperates with cross functions in internal audit for raw materials / additives usage and storage
