Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Deliver at least 5 short-form videos and 1 long-form video on a weekly basis.
- Maintain quality control over all visual and audio assets.
- Develop and implement brand guidelines and design essential marketing materials.
- Oversee the organization and management of a centralized asset library.
- Submit weekly progress reports and communicate any necessary adjustments.

- And other tasks assigned by superiors.

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, and other professional filming equipment.
- Possesses a creative mindset, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Skilled in capturing stunning natural and outdoor scenes. Collaborates with creative teams to produce unique content.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to conduct market research, identify trends, and discover content opportunities.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to create diverse and engaging content.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics to optimize content performance.
- Skilled in utilizing social media platforms to build and engage with online communities.
