THIẾT KẾ HỆ THỐNG & TUYẾN ĐIỂM KỸ THUẬT

Khảo sát phạm vi dự án và yêu cầu khách hàng; thực hiện khảo sát hiện trường và tính toán tải lạnh cho các hệ thống HVAC thương mại (VRF, AHU, Chiller, Packaged A/C)

Lập các bản kỹ thuật chi tiết, P&ID (Sơ đồ Ống & Thiết bị), tài liệu thiết kế hệ thống

Lựa chọn các thành phần và cấu hình hệ thống CLK phù hợp (mô hình VRF KV-080 đến KV-022, AHU 2,000-40,000 m³/h, Chiller Screw 397-1393 kW, Chiller Centrifugal 170-3000 RT, unit Packaged A/C) dựa trên phân tích kỹ thuật và kinh tế

Chuẩn bị data sheet thiết bị, bản vẽ kỹ thuật, và thiết kế CAD cho tài liệu dự án và phê duyệt khách hàng

LẮP ĐẶT & VẬN HÀNH

Giám sát và chỉ đạo đội lắp đặt tại công trường; đảm bảo tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, quy định an toàn, và tiến độ dự án

Thực hiện kiểm tra kỹ thuật tại công trường, kiểm tra hệ thống (kiểm tra áp suất, kiểm tra bơm chân không, nạp gas lạnh, xác minh điện, kiểm tra hệ thống điều khiển)

Tiến hành vận hành hệ thống và xác minh hiệu suất; khắc phục các vấn đề kỹ thuật và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để thay thế hoặc sửa chữa thiết bị nếu cần

Ghi chép toàn bộ hồ sơ lắp đặt, kiểm tra, và vận hành; chuẩn bị bản vẽ hiện trạng kỹ thuật và báo cáo hoàn thành

Đào tạo đội vận hành và bảo trì của khách hàng về vận hành hệ thống, quy trình bảo trì định kỳ, và xử lý sự cố khẩn cấp

VẬN HÀNH & BẢO TRÌ

Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho vận hành hệ thống; tiến hành kiểm tra bảo trì dự phòng định kỳ (thay bộ lọc, kiểm tra mức gas lạnh, làm sạch cuộn dây, kiểm tra máy nén, xác minh thành phần điện)

Chẩn đoán và khắc phục các sự cố kỹ thuật, bao gồm rò rỉ gas lạnh, hư hỏng máy nén, lỗi cảm biến, và lỗi hệ thống điều khiển

Duy trì hồ sơ bảo trì và sửa chữa chi tiết; chuẩn bị báo cáo hiệu suất hàng tháng/quý và tài liệu tuân thủ

Quản lý tồn kho phụ tùng và phối hợp với nhà cung cấp để bổ sung thiết bị kịp thời

Hỗ trợ các yêu cầu bảo hành và quản lý các hợp đồng dịch vụ sau bán hàng với khách hàng

HỖ TRỢ KỸ THUẬT & KIỂM ĐỊNH

Cung cấp tư vấn kỹ thuật để tối ưu hóa hệ thống, cải thiện hiệu quả năng lượng, và khuyến nghị khắc phục sự cố

Duy trì kiến thức cập nhật về thông số hệ thống CLK (VRF EVI Scroll Compressor, công nghệ AHU EHP, đặc điểm Chiller Screw & Centrifugal, khả năng Packaged A/C) và tiêu chuẩn ngành

Tham gia các chương trình đào tạo kỹ thuật, khóa học chứng chỉ (EPA Section 608, chứng chỉ tương đương), và phát triển chuyên môn liên tục

Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định môi trường (xử lý gas lạnh, xử lý thải thích hợp, báo cáo rò rỉ) và tiêu chuẩn an toàn

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH - NHÓM KINH DOANH (20%)

TƯ VẤN VÀ GIẢI PHÁP

Phối hợp với Đội Kinh doanh để hiểu rõ nhu cầu khách hàng và cung cấp giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp với nhu cầu dự án

Chuẩn bị các nghiên cứu khả thi kỹ thuật và phân tích so sánh các lựa chọn hệ thống HVAC (VRF vs. AHU, Screw vs. Centrifugal Chiller) với đánh giá hiệu quả chi phí

Hỗ trợ lập tài liệu kỹ thuật trước thầu: chuẩn bị kỹ thuật chi tiết, mô tả hệ thống, bảo đảm hiệu suất, và trả lời các câu hỏi kỹ thuật của khách hàng trong hồ sơ thầu

HỖ TRỢ ĐẤU THẦU & TRIỂN KHAI DỰ ÁN

Tham gia khảo sát hiện trường trước thầu và thuyết trình với khách hàng; cung cấp hỏi đáp kỹ thuật trong giai đoạn chuẩn bị thầu

Xem xét và xác nhận ngân sách dự án và tiến độ từ góc độ kỹ thuật; báo cáo bất kỳ rủi ro kỹ thuật hoặc xung đột lịch trình nào

Phối hợp các quy trình phê duyệt kỹ thuật với khách hàng và cơ quan quản lý (phòng xây dựng, cơ quan môi trường)

Hỗ trợ các cuộc họp bàn giao dự án; trình bày dữ liệu hiệu suất hệ thống, yêu cầu bảo trì, và điều khoản bảo hành cho khách hàng

HỖ TRỢ KINH DOANH & KHÁCH HÀNG

Tham gia các cuộc viếng thăm khách hàng, họp tại công trường, và thuyết trình kỹ thuật; thể hiện khả năng và lợi thế hệ thống CLK

Cung cấp thông tin kỹ thuật cho tài liệu quảng cáo sản phẩm, nghiên cứu trường hợp, và tài liệu thị trường

Xác định các cơ hội bán thêm dịch vụ và bán chéo (hợp đồng bảo trì mở rộng, nâng cấp hệ thống, module bổ sung) dựa trên nhu cầu khách hàng

Duy trì mối quan hệ mạnh mẽ với các khách hàng chính; phản ứng nhanh chóng với các yêu cầu kỹ thuật và cung cấp khuyến nghị bảo trì chủ động

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - TECHNICAL GROUP (80%)

SYSTEM DESIGN & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

Survey project scope and customer requirements; conduct site inspections and calculate cooling loads for commercial HVAC systems (VRF, AHU, Chiller, Packaged A/C)

Prepare detailed technical drawings, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), and system design documentation

Select suitable CLK system components and configurations (VRF KV-080 to KV-022 models, AHU 2,000–40,000 m³/h, Chiller Screw 397–1393 kW, Chiller Centrifugal 170–3000 RT, Packaged A/C units) based on technical and economic analysis

Prepare equipment data sheets, technical drawings, and CAD designs for project documentation and client approval

INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING

Supervise and direct installation teams at the site; ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project timelines

Perform technical inspections on-site and system checks (pressure test, vacuum test, refrigerant charging, electrical verification, control system testing)

Carry out system commissioning and performance verification; troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with suppliers for equipment replacement or repair if necessary

Record all installation, inspection, and commissioning documentation; prepare as-built drawings and completion reports

Train customer operation and maintenance teams on system operation, routine maintenance procedures, and emergency troubleshooting

OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Provide technical support for system operation; perform periodic preventive maintenance (filter replacement, refrigerant level check, coil cleaning, compressor inspection, electrical component verification)

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, sensor faults, and control system errors

Maintain detailed maintenance and repair records; prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and compliance documentation

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment

Support warranty requests and manage after-sales service contracts with clients

TECHNICAL SUPPORT & COMPLIANCE

Provide technical consultation to optimize systems, improve energy efficiency, and recommend corrective actions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CLK system specifications (VRF EVI Scroll Compressor, AHU EHP technology, Screw & Centrifugal Chiller features, Packaged A/C capabilities) and industry standards

Participate in technical training programs, certification courses (EPA Section 608 or equivalent), and continuous professional development

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (refrigerant handling, proper waste disposal, leak reporting) and safety standards

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - BUSINESS GROUP (20%)

TECHNICAL CONSULTATION & SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT

Coordinate with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions aligned with project requirements

Prepare technical feasibility studies and comparative analyses of HVAC system options (VRF vs. AHU, Screw vs. Centrifugal Chiller) with cost-effectiveness evaluation

Assist in preparing pre-bid technical documentation: detailed specifications, system descriptions, performance guarantees, and responses to customer technical inquiries

BIDDING SUPPORT & PROJECT DELIVERY

Participate in pre-bid site surveys and client presentations; provide technical Q&A during the bidding preparation phase

Review and confirm project budgets and timelines from a technical perspective; report any technical risks or scheduling conflicts

Coordinate technical approval processes with clients and regulatory authorities (construction departments, environmental agencies)

Support project handover meetings; present system performance data, maintenance requirements, and warranty terms to customers

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Join customer visits, site meetings, and technical presentations; demonstrate CLK system capabilities and advantages

Provide technical information for product brochures, case studies, and marketing materials

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (extended maintenance contracts, system upgrades, additional modules) based on customer needs

Maintain strong relationships with key customers; respond promptly to technical requests and provide proactive maintenance recommendations

YÊU CẦU VỀ HỌC VẤN

Tối thiểu:

Bằng Cử nhân chuyên ngành Cơ khí, HVAC, Điện lạnh hoặc lĩnh vực kỹ thuật tương đương

YÊU CẦU VỀ KINH NGHIỆM

Tối thiểu:

3-5 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế về lắp đặt, vận hành, và bảo trì hệ thống HVAC thương mại (VRF, AHU, hệ thống Chiller)

Kinh nghiệm đã chứng minh trong thiết kế hệ thống, tính toán tải lạnh, và phát triển P&ID

Kinh nghiệm quản lý các dự án kỹ thuật và lãnh đạo đội lắp đặt

Ưu tiên:

5+ năm trong lĩnh vực điện lạnh thương mại hoặc HVAC công nghiệp

Kinh nghiệm với hệ thống VRF (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Panasonic, hoặc các thương hiệu tương tự)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or equivalent technical field

Preferred:

Advanced diploma or Master's in HVAC Systems, Energy Management, or Sustainable Building Technologies

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC systems installation, commissioning, and maintenance (VRF, AHU, Chiller systems)

Demonstrated experience with system design, load calculations, and P&ID development

Experience managing technical projects and leading installation teams

Preferred:

5+ years in commercial refrigeration or industrial HVAC sector

Experience with VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Fujitsu, Panasonic, or similar brands)

Experience with centrifugal or screw chiller systems

Prior experience working for HVAC system manufacturers or equipment suppliers
