Working location: ORION Vietnam Headquarter, Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh, HCM.
1. Supervising and checking vouchers of fixed assets
2. Tracking database of fixed asset software (increase / decrease/ ending original cost & depreciation)
3. Review & analysis depreciation statement
4. IFRS adjustment (depreciation gap/ change acc code)
5. Prepare CIP report in quaterly (Project / completion time / estimated budget for each project)
6. Arrange stocktaking periodically (Assets & CIP)
7. Maintains fixed assets procedures and year-end fixed assets documentation for external/internal audits
8. Quarterly update package_Fixed assets movement
9. Detail ledger file (as assigned part)
10. Storage voucher assigned
- Have from 5 years of experiences of Asset management in manufacturing company
- English: Immediately level
- Good and deep knowledge about principle of accounting and accounting system, tax policy
- Experienced in ERP/SAP
- Honest, positive and willing to learn
