o Đề xuất các phương án hợp tác, liên doanh liên kết cho các hạng mục, dự án thành phần do công ty làm chủ đầu tư, gồm các dự án thuộc lĩnh vực bất động sản, y tế, giáo dục.

Proposing collaboration and joint venture options for component projects and projects invested by the company, including projects in the fields of real estate, healthcare, and education.

o Lập phương án tài chính, phân tích hiệu quả đầu tư cho phương án, dự án đầu tư bất động sản nhà ở, nghỉ dưỡng, khách sạn, công nghiệp, logistics, giáo dục, y tế;

Developing financial plans, analyze investment efficiency for real estate investment plans and projects in housing, resorts, hotels, industry, logistics, education, and healthcare;

o Phân tích hiệu quả đầu tư dự án mới. Thực hiện quy trình thẩm định và lập báo cáo nghiên cứu sơ bộ dự án mới

Analyze investment efficiency in new projects. Conducting project feasibility assessment processes and preparing preliminary project study reports.

o Kiểm soát chi phí trong quá trình thực hiện dự án theo TMĐT đã được phê duyệt

Control costs during project implementation according to approved e-commerce

o Lên nội dung chính, soạn thảo Thỏa thuận bảo mật, Biên bản ghi nhớ, Hợp đồng hợp tác kinh doanh, Hợp đồng chuyển nhượng …

o Tổng hợp báo cáo dòng tiền dự án chi tiết và dòng tiền tổng dự án của công ty

o Thực hiện các báo cáo theo quy định của Công ty

Make reports according to Company regulations

1.   Học vấn - Chuyên môn / Education – Major:

o   Giới tính: Nam/Nữ

Gender: Male/Female

o   Học vấn - Chuyên môn: Kinh tế, Tài chính, QTKD, Luật, Ngoại ngữ (tiếng Anh)

Education - Specialization: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Foreign Languages (English)

2.   Kinh nghiệm làm việc / Experience:

o   Kinh nghiệm làm việc: ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các phòng thuộc lĩnh vực Đầu tư, Tài chính, Phát triển dự án và các lĩnh vực liên quan

Work experience: At least 5 years of experience working in departments related to Investment, Finance, Project Development, and related fields.

3. Kỹ năng / Skill:

o   Tìm kiếm dự án, phân tích, tổng hợp, báo cáo, am hiểu các thủ tục, quy định về pháp lý liên quan đến lĩnh vực đầu tư bất động sản.   

Project sourcing, analysis, synthesis, reporting, understanding of procedures, and regulations related to legal aspects in real estate investment

o   Chấp nhận làm việc ngoài giờ và đi công tác.

Accept overtime work and business travel.
