Job Purpose
The job holder responsible for: Implement and control the preparation and issuance of periodic and irregular reports related to banking activities at the request of the State Bank,relevant agencies, partners fully, timely and accurately at the request of the State Bank of Vietnam. Headquarters and branches throughout the system,ensuring the consistency of accounting data reported to the outside.

KeyAccountabilities (1)

  • Strictly comply with the Bank's Labor Regulations.
  • Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs).
  • Participate in contributing training ideas for the department under the guidance of the team leader.
  • Prepare periodical và ad hoc reports at the request of the State Bank, NFSC, Deposit Insurance, and relevant agencies according to the workassignment:

+ Get data from the general system and from the sources of relevant Departments/Departments/Divisions
+ Prepare periodical và irregular reports according to the form of the State Bank, the Deposit Insurance, the NFSC and other state agencies uponrequest.
+ Ensure data reports are complete, on time and accurate.

KeyAccountabilities (2)

  • Participating in the development of procedures and professional guidelines of the Department.
  • Key members participating in analysis and implementation of projects on automation of statistical reporting systems and other automation projects.
  • To assume the prime responsibility for the calculation, analysis and provision of data to calculate safety indicators in accordance with currentregulations of the State Bank, and to make appropriate recommendations in the process of performing quality improvement work informationstandardization.
  • CalculatingTechcombank's financial ratios và compliance to serve internal governance requirements and reporting to the outside for the purposes of Techcombank's sustainable development.
  • Participating in calculating and providing data for rating agencies, domestic and foreign FI partners.
  • Participating in the implementation of projects in accordance with Basel II standards as assigned by the Senior Manager.

KeyAccountabilities (3)

  • Participating in transformation projects across the bank and the Division as assigned.
  • Provide data for internal audit, independent audit, inspector and other departments upon approval of competent authorities.
  • Support units throughout the system in obtaining and comparing data provided to inspectors.
  • Provide data to serve different requirements of Divisions/Organizations as assigned.
  • Support Back up the team leader when required as assigned by the Manager of Unit/Director of Financial Accounting and Taxation/Director of Division.
  • Perform other tasks at the request of the Manager of Unit/Director of Financial Accounting and Taxation.

Key Relationships - Direct Reports

Key Relationships - Internal Stakeholders: Departments belonging to the Centers of the Financial Science Division, other units throughout the system.

Key Relationships - External Stakeholders: Specialized staff in charge of TCB on reports according to regulations of the State Bank under the State Bank of Vietnam, the State Bank of Vietnam

Job requirement

  • Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences:

- Graduated from University or higher with major in Finance and Accounting
- 4 years of working experience in the field of finance - banking
- English: prescribed by the bank for each period
