Chủ quản Kế toán/ Accounting Supervisor

- Giám sát hoạt động của phòng kế toán

- Kiểm soát các báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo thuế, báo cáo nội bộ định kỳ

- Đảm bảo việc hạch toán kế toán đúng chuẩn mực và quy định hiện hành

- Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để kiểm soát chi phí, ngân sách

- Làm việc với cơ quan thuế, kiểm toán, ngân hàng và các đối tác tài chính

- Xây dựng, cập nhật và cải tiến quy trình, hệ thống kế toán của công ty

- Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự phòng kế toán

- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của quản lý

Oversee all activities of the accounting department

Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports, tax filings, and internal reports

Ensure proper accounting procedures in accordance with legal and professional standards

Coordinate with other departments to monitor expenses and budget control

Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and financial partners

Develop and improve accounting systems and processes

Manage, train, and develop accounting team members

Perform other tasks assigned by superior

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính

- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp trong công việc

- Am hiểu pháp luật thuế, kế toán, tài chính hiện hành

- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý nhóm và giao tiếp hiệu quả

- Thành thạo phần mềm kế toán và Excel

- Tư duy phân tích, cẩn thận, trung thực và có trách nhiệm

- Kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm BC 365 là một lợi thế

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance

Proficient in English for workplace communication

Over 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in the manufacturing industry

In-depth knowledge of tax, accounting, and financial regulations

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible

Experience using BC 365 software is a plus
