Chief Operation Officer - COO

Managing the operation of the Auto Portals Strategy, Product Development, Sales, and Internal Control Division;

Being responsible to the CEO and BOM for AP's business results, strategy and internal control activities;

Having the right to decide on the hiring, appointment and salary and severance of the positions in the responsible sections according to the structure agreed with the CEO;

Responsible for Managing and developing human resources for Sales, Strategy and Internal Control teams of AP;

Being responsible for promoting AP's image at events;

Participating in expert presentations at AP events;

Responsible for developing internal and external relations for AP;

Has the right to coordinate, control and require AP / AP departments to be responsible for following the strategy adopted by BOM and the CEO;

Responsible for coordinating the operational budget in accordance with the business plan approved by BOM and the CEO;

Other duties of the Group.

3+ years of experience in Sales & marketing strategies, operation & management at big companies or at the same roles;

Experience in businesses that are focused on start-up and digital products is a plus;

Excellent English skills;

Understanding about auto market is a plus;

Strong analytical, data-informed mindset;

General knowledge on marketing, finance, technology…;

Strong management skill, creative & critical thinking;

Strong communication & presentation skills to be media representative;

Strong experience motivating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external;

Strategic and logical, able to construct systems and develop/communicate the big picture;

Ability to coach and mentor junior and mid-level managers that may be remote.
