Chief Marketing Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy and execution for our Payday Loan (PDL) product in Vietnam. The CMO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to shape the company’s marketing vision and expand its footprint in the Vietnamese fintech market.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and growth targets.
• Define and manage the brand positioning, communication strategy, and performance marketing roadmap.
• Lead a high-performing marketing team across digital, product, and communications verticals.

Customer Acquisition & Growth

• Drive user acquisition through multi-channel performance marketing (Google, Facebook, TikTok, SEO, affiliates, etc.).
• Collaborate with the product team to enhance conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
• Manage marketing budgets efficiently with strong ROI focus.

Market Analysis & Insights

• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Utilize data and analytics to make informed, results-oriented decisions.

Brand & Communications

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Oversee PR, partnerships, and influencer strategies to strengthen brand awareness.

Team & Leadership

• Build and mentor a world-class marketing team.
• Foster collaboration between marketing, product, and business development teams to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications 

● Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in fintech or digital lending (PDL). 
● Proven track record in scaling customer acquisition and retention through digital marketing channels. 
● Strong understanding of Vietnamese market trends and consumer behavior (experience in SEA region is a plus). 
● Excellent analytical, strategic, and leadership skills. 
● Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required; Vietnamese is a plus.
