CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

• Month-end close tasks: Reconcile of the balance sheet accounts, to include journal entries, allocations, accrual, amortization and depreciation, and P&L analysis before closing.
• Maintain the details schedules for key balance sheet accounts
• Gain a detailed understanding of all balance sheet accounts, P&L accounts
• Preparing internal report, monthly financial report and tax reports (PIT, VAT, FCT, etc...), and all statistic reports/ other statutory reports to Government Authorities
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
• Supervise maintaining the Company asset register
• Assist internal / external auditors in performance of audit
• Keep informed of financial and legal regulations. To ensure that accounting records adhere to a sound accounting practices in conformity with the Vietnamese accounting standard requirements.
• Develop policy and procedures within area of responsibility, involving accounting systems, procedures and controls
• Project work as assigned

• University graduated in accounting, auditing, tax or other related areas;
• At least 3-5 years working experience in general accounting or working in accounting firm;
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Good knowledge on current regulations about tax, accounting, labor and insurances
• Good computer skill (Excel, Word, Outlook…). Knowledge of accounting software is advantageous.

Highly Advantageous

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Chief Accountant Certification
• An understanding of Agri-Business in Vietnam.

Remuneration

• Starting at VND 10Million / month or above depending on qualifications and experience.
• Annual bonus is payable after qualifying period (usually 12 months) depending on personal and company performance.
• Annual pay rise is usual depending on personal and company performance. Normally assessed.

• Working place: Sơn Dương, Tuyên Quang 3 - 4 days per week 

• Work from home for the remaining days to make up a full time position.

• Car pick up every week from Hanoi or other Province to Tuyen Quang.
