Chef de Partie

• Ensures that food sanitation, safety and food handling functions are practiced in their areas on a daily basis

• Must maintain a consistent high level of product quality, productivity and line of supply.

• Must be able to read and organize the daily production lists.Delegate duties as appropriate.

• Communicates well with the team and supervision to ensure everyone is informed properly. 

• Maintains quality and proper presentation of food to meet and exceed departmental standards. 

• Keeps supervisor informed on a timely basis of any undue variance from expected results. 

• Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies. 

• Must have the ability to be productive for long periods of time.

• Phổ biến với nhân viên trong tổ để đảm bảo họ hiểu rõ nhiệm vụ được giao.
• Duy trì chất lượng, sự trình bày của các món ăn nhằm đáp ứng và vượt qua sự mong đợi của bộ phận.
• Thông báo kịp thời cho người giám sát những thay đổi không mong muốn.
• Có khả năng hoàn thành công việc được giao dựa trên chỉ dẫn, chính sách của bộ phận và công ty.
• Có khả năng làm việc hiệu quả trong một khoảng thời gian dài.
