Key Accountabilities:

1.    Sales Performance
2.    Market Information and Sales Analysis
3.    Customer Management
•    Monthly Action Plan
-    To develop and agree monthly action plan for the assigned area with National Manager to successfully execute the Sales & Marketing Strategies and counter the competition in the area.
-    To monitor the effectiveness of monthly action plan and carry out evaluation of tailor-made promotion and customer activities
-    To brief strategy and implementation plan as well as market insight to distributors and key sub-dealers to ensure strategy alignment and customer support

•    Star Account and Key Account Management
-    To identify and support the commercial drivers of the customers and UBGV to be perceived as adding value to its customers in a professional way
-    Responsible for customer profile update
-    Responsible for Customer Business Plan development and update
-    Manage customer support budget
-    To develop healthy long lasting relationship to gain the maximum co-operation

•    Customer Visit
-    To spend 75% of time in the field to:
-    Fully understand customer strategies and strengthen relationship
-    Manage flow of UBGV products and services
-    Follow agreed call coverage:
-    Star Accounts – x times a month
-    Potential Accounts – x times a quarter
-    Other customers - x times a month
-    Sub dealers – x times per month
-    Follow agreed call selling process in all outlets

•    Value Added Service
-    To identify customer development opportunities and propose customer development program to National Sales Manager
-    Fully support Trade Marketing and Technical Departments to roll out BGV value added service program including training
•    Customer Understanding
-    Responsible for customer fact book maintenance
-    Identify customer business drivers (what are important for them to develop their business) and training needs and communicate to National Sales Manager
•    New Prospects
-    Responsible for new prospect identification

4.    Order Management
•    Responsible for order taking and amendment
•    To work closely with Customer Service Supervisor and Logistics to ensure excellent order processing and high level of customer service
•    Ensure that all customers stay within approved credit limits and days outstanding
5.    Price Management
To closely monitor market selling price of all products/ services/ systems/ solutions to be in line with BGV price structure and policy and promptly inform National Sales Manager with proposed corrective solutions

6.    P.O.P. Management and Marketing Activities
•    Effectively execute P.O.P.  Strategies which include:
-    Range and product/ service distribution
-    Selling price
-    Merchandising and display
-    Promotion
•    Implement marketing and trade marketing activities, which include new product / systems / solutions and service introduction, promotion and other activity programs, ensuring full compliance on implementation plan and timing
•    Ensure P.O.P. materials and support tools are efficiently distributed and fully exploited for the mutual benefit of UBGV and Distributors
•    To monitor the execution of P.O.P. Strategies, marketing and trade marketing activities and give feedback to Regional Sales Manager or higher lever and Trade Marketing for more effective implementation

7.    Sales and Transportation Forecast
•    Responsible for sales forecast and transportation estimate
•    To on time submit the sales forecast and transportation estimate to BGV customer service
•    To discuss and review sales forecast with Regional Sales Manager and agree action plan

8.    Budget Management

•    Bachelor Degree or higher
•    2-4 years sales experience in construction material or consumer product
•    Adequate analytical skills
•    Adequate computer skills - MS Office
•    Highly self motivated. Able to communicate enthusiasm and inspire
•    Broad overview of technical knowledge
•    Understand and able to communicate in English (Written and oral)
