Job requirement

The day-to-day activities:

  • Create and execute strategic plan to assist our channel partners be successful in onboarding and adopting GrabPay merchants
  • Develop, build and maintain win-win-win relationships with current and future channel partners

  • Develop strategic plans that will result in increasing channel partners’ monthly acquisition goals

  • Train our channel partners on GrabPay’s products and help them to ramp up productivity and improve efficiency

  • Develop and streamline processes with the channel partners to operationalize channel sales program

  • Participate and take the lead in team meetings weekly to guide and evolve channel sales strategy

  • Perform monthly business review and analysis of each channel partner’s performance

  • Be accountable of channel partners’ overall performance, aiming to meet and exceed assigned targets



The must haves:

  • At least 3 to 5 years of prior experience in merchant acquisition sales with at least 2 years of sales management experience in managing a direct sales team
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box

  • Go getter with proven solid sales track record

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

  • BA/ BS preferred
