The day-to-day activities:
Develop, build and maintain win-win-win relationships with current and future channel partners
Develop strategic plans that will result in increasing channel partners’ monthly acquisition goals
Train our channel partners on GrabPay’s products and help them to ramp up productivity and improve efficiency
Develop and streamline processes with the channel partners to operationalize channel sales program
Participate and take the lead in team meetings weekly to guide and evolve channel sales strategy
Perform monthly business review and analysis of each channel partner’s performance
Be accountable of channel partners’ overall performance, aiming to meet and exceed assigned targets
The must haves:
Strong interpersonal communication skills, result-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Highly adaptable to changing business requirements and market trends
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think outside of the box
Go getter with proven solid sales track record
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
BA/ BS preferred
Grab Vietnam
