Job requirement

Task 1

  • Check and follow up on all emails from Dev't & Puma to stay informed about the sample process and required actions.

  • Review comments for each style, then discuss and provide feedback to Puma and other departments if there are any issues.

  • Check technical comments, then translate, explain, and transfer that information to the Tech team.

  • Collaborate with the Tech team, sample room, and kaizen to identify issues. If a problem is impossible to solve, propose a solution to Puma.

Task 2

  • Create a pre-check form for each style to submit to the system when sending samples to customers.

    • Design Comments: Check the TP and compare it with the sample, MC, pattern, and email. Clarify with Puma to ensure the updated TP is aligned. List all issues with illustrations.

    • Workmanship Comments: Check the sample in detail and compare it with the TP, pattern, MC, and any proposals. Measure the sample and list any workmanship issues.

    • Fitting Comments: Find/take a sample, fit it on a dummy, adjust it correctly, and write down comments.

    • Proposal: Check the MC with the Tech team on that style to update the proposed measurements for Puma.

Task 3

  • Monitor inline sample checks. If any mistakes or missing items are found, inform the sample room leader to improve the process before finishing the sample.

    • Join sample deployment meetings for new styles.

    • Join sample comment meetings for making revise P1 / 360 samples.

    • Join sample comment meetings for making revise sealing samples.

    • Hold a risk assessment meeting to call out risks from other departments before starting the meeting with Puma. Prepare all relevant samples.

    • Take notes on sample comments during handover meetings.

    • Create a meeting recap and send it to all cross-functional teams.

Task 4

  • Check the first fitting sample on the line to identify any issues before applying them to a larger number of samples.

    • Take a sample from the sample line.

    • Put the sample on a dummy.

    • Adjust for the correct shape and review.

    • Review the overall shape on the dummy and inform the Tech team or sample leader if there are any pattern issues.

    • Monitor 360 samples made in EVN.

Job requirement

-       TN Cao đẳng/ĐH hoặc trình độ tương đương/ graduate from college/ university or equivalent

-       01 năm kinh nghiệm ngành may mặc/ 01 years experience in garment field

-       Kinh nghiệm thiết kế rập/ Pattern design experience

-       Chứng chỉ vi tính văn phòng/ accunest/ gerber/ CLO, …/ Microsoft office certificate/ pattern design software such as accunest/ gerber, CLO, …
