Role Summary:

The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and government authorities. This individual will be the face of the organization, setting the tone for company culture and future vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan aligned with the Board’s vision and market opportunities.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.

· Oversee operational, business planning and risk management strategies to ensure sustainable growth.

· Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid ads), content marketing, and public relations activities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, clients, partners.

· Foster a culture of ethical practice, client service excellence, diversity, and inclusion.

· Report regularly to the Board of Directors on company performance and strategic initiatives.
