Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for operating and managing all activities that take place every day at the center, including: image management, facilities, service quality, entertainment, human resources, goods ... Stable operation center according to required standards.
  • In charge of cost management, budget development at the center to ensure the best profit for the center.
  • Collaborate with the Program & Events Section to organize and implement programs of Education - Intelligence at the center.
  • Actively participate in business campaigns to increase sales for the center.
  • Support for other jobs as assigned by the Executive Department.
  • Develop specific operating procedures in all areas such as Playground, F&B, Cashier, Event & Party, Workshop, Kitchen, ..., professional guidance rules applicable to the branch.
  • Develop quality standards for your branch.
  • Monitoring the implementation of these processes, organizing the improvement of those processes.
  • Deploying, inspecting the use of brand identity system in the branch, ensures the center's sales follow the target the company builds.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing department to develop marketing and sales plan for the branch and organization according to the plan approved by the CEO.
  • Organize promotional activities according to the approved plan.
  • Organize a customer evaluation system (customer needs, complaints, satisfaction) according to the company's regulations and transfer customer information to the marketing department.
  • Directly resolve customer complaints.
  • Building human resources to ensure standard operation as required by the company.
  • Organize the training, work assignment, personnel assessment.
  • Implementing and supervising the implementation of personnel policies and internal rules of the company.
  • Developing training of adjacent staff for the branch's management framework.
  • Other jobs requested by the General Director

Yêu cầu công việc

  • English communication fluency IELTS> 6.0
  • Experience working in children's play areas, fast food chains, managing restaurants, 5-star hotels, cinemas.
  • Ability to manage teams.
  • Ability to recruit and train personnel.
  • Presentation skills in public.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Skills to resolve conflicts, internal problems at the center.
  • Good communication and handling skills with customers.
  • Proficient in using office computer (own laptop) • Hard-working, enthusiastic, motivated, careful and progressive.
  • Meet the time shift ( Shift 1: 9:00 – 15:00 Shift 2: 12:00 – 21:00) and have a desire to stick long.
  • Work place: Marina Building, 21 Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.


  • Salary: VND 25,000,000 - VND 40,000,000
  • Professional working environment, dynamic and advancing.
  • Fully participate in social, health and unemployment insurance as prescribed (after signing an official labor contract) Holidays, New Year: according to the state regulation and other rewards according to the company.
  • Approving salary increase: 01 time/year Tourism, vacation 1 year/time
