1. Order taker Operation:
- Provides a lead role in the development of Order Taker operation to ensure the service provided meet the strategic direction and support the business operation in order to utilize the resources of the organization
- Increase customer’s satisfaction.
- Build up strong Order taker team by fully implement Call Center concept.
- To analyse the information from both internal and external customer to give actions in order to build customer focus organization
2. Credit limit Alignment:
- Monitoring credit limits
- Comply fully with credit policy
- Keep regular network with the customer
- Close up with FI , Sale to process sale order ASAP with credit policy
3. Planning and despatching service:
- Consolidate sales order and scheduling effectively in term of cost and resource efficiency
- Arrange transportation to ensure on time delivery
- Tracking and timely update to customer the delivery status
- Solving all issues related to despatching services
4. Complaint handling:
- Collect data needed, look for cause of complaint and action taken to ensure that the results on delivery
- Analyse and follow up customers’ complaints in order to ensure the excellence service
5. Pumping schedule:
- Work with pump team to ensure pump processing services
- Work with Vendor to rent pump
6. Management in Workplace:
- To develop working skills for order taker team in order to contributes good relationship between CDS and internal/external customer
- Seek feedback from customers to identify improvement
- Comply with organizational rules and policies, and ensures the compliance of team members as well
