Mục đích công việc:
Responsible for (i) card sales through the assigned sales channel (ii) cards target achievement and maintaining quality of sale & services
Trách nhiệm:
- Drive target achievement for the channels by pushing them. Track sales number daily and focus on weak areas
- Manage quality of application and reduce FTNR
- Work with cross-functional teams including Marcom, Risk and operations to ensure and improve sales and service quality. Provide high quality services to internal customer
- Review back-end processes and document requirements to achieve TAT and SPAN targets. Ensure frontline are trained in all existing and new policies Supporting for all sales channel (related to policy, process, product features, incentive & promotion information...)
- Conduct sales workshops to branch network staff on a regular basis. Develop acquisition campaign (sale contest) for all sale channel.
- Monitor, update market for new developments & Develop acquisition promotion for Customers.
- Perform other tasks requested by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Bachelor or Master degree. Major: Finance – Banking, Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in card product development in established financial institutions
- Understanding in RB market, card business model, customer demand, banking products and services as well as banking policies, regulations and business system
- Strong sales management, market expansion, business development and relationship management skills
- Good Strategic and creative thinking skills
- Good presentations skills, and problem-solving skills
- High energy and commitment level
- Fluency in English
